After working for a month, conducting interviews to recruit a new team, having shown initiative, I agreed with founder Oleg Nikolaevich, a company development plan, a plan for introducing reporting, discipline and much more. At that moment, I sincerely wanted to lift this company off its knees. He proposed to expand the sales range and introduce spare parts for JCB. But... plans changed when I received my first salary of 20 thousand rubles, while selling spare parts for 500 thousand rubles in the first month. Seeing all this horror and hopelessness in the company, daily shows with the participation of former employees who were cheated out of their salaries, from whom Natalya Vadimovna Bocharova hides every day (she hires employees, then cheats them on the black salary, I’m sure she appropriates it for herself), seeing the poor managers who do not receive menial salaries for 3-4 months, I decided to quit, thereby falling into the ranks of abandoned employees. At the interview, 80 thousand rubles were agreed upon, of course unofficially, Bocharova ran out to the founder TWICE, returning and confirming this salary. Avoid this hole, do not repeat my experience and the experience of dozens of former abandoned employees. Swindlers, LIARS, scammers. There is no prospect.
